The uncle could be innocent, but that won't change that some folks perceived him to be the shooter. Just like the motive could still be unknown, but that won't change that money was brought up as the reason. You would have to find those threats, you would have to get the electronic records of the shooter to know for sure. But to do that, you would first have to have proof that he did it. Father stated in September that Lance had called either his brother or his daughter but later posted in October that Lance is still missing. His brother states he found Lance's wheel in front of a house at 300 Crescent Drive in Terrell, Tx, and that his car had been towed to auction.
