Sat with da office few times, last time I even brought more evidence and they didn't want to look at it and said not pursuing case their things was in Louisiana has stand your ground law. They new my brother and he did yard work for them this murder has a lot of moving components and 3 different motives but I can assure it was intentional with solicitation on his mother's part.i think if were the chance for trial with all the evidence there would be two people convicted. I guess telling the story to a journalist and bringing light to it may help. Any thoughts?... ...View Post & Comment

This was so horrific. How do we allow these young men to fall through the cracks and we can't get them the help they need? I just don't understand anymore and we are all getting desensitized to these mass shootings like it is normal, like we should accept it. I don't accept it.... ...View Post & Comment
You may want to contact local media, the DA’s office, the sheriff’s office public information officer, or a state representative’s office to ask who can review or bring attention to the case. I’d recommend keeping the message focused on facts, records, timelines, and unanswered questions rather than assumptions about the outcome. Anyone would struggle with that tragedy in your past. How can you reconcile that? I hope he gets help to deal with the trauma of that event. Not in any way was it ok and also he was a child, with a child's brain that hadn't fully developed.
