A 20 year old man is killed while pulled over on the side of a remote road
Delmar Wilson was a quiet, well-liked, funny, friendly young man with his whole life ahead of him. 
Delmar is described by his parents as being very well liked, having lots of friends, and as a quiet person who loved to hunt, fish, spend time in the woods and out on the lake. His classmates from high school describe him as someone who was quiet until you got to know him, then he would show his funny, kind, and trusting side.
