Born on June 8, 1960, in East Chicago, Indiana, he was raised in Highland and graduated from Highland High School in 1979. Bob was known for his willingness to assist others at any time, his jack-of-all-trades skills, and his remarkable sense of humor. He had a passion for drawing, showcasing incredible artistic talent, and found solace in the company of animals.
