Jermaine Salazar, aged 46, tragically lost his life on May 14, 2019, in Griffith, Indiana. The incident occurred following a heated altercation involving his girlfriend's ex-partner, Juan Guerrero. According to reports, the conflict began earlier that day when Salazar and his girlfriend visited Guerrero's home to pick up her foster son.
