Marcus Cameron, a 22-year-old African American male, was found dead on February 1, 2017, in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago, IL. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred around 7:40 p.m. in the 4500 block of South Prairie Avenue. According to the Chicago Police Department and the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office, Marcus Cameron was pronounced dead at the scene.
