In the early hours of a late February morning in 2016, the life of 20-year-old Dillon Harley Scott of Depue, Illinois, took a mysterious and troubling turn. The last confirmed sighting of Dillon was in rural Bureau County, following a single-vehicle accident. Around 3:00 a.m., his green 1994 Cadillac struck a guardrail on Route 29 near Echo Bluff Park.
