Jeff Davis 8: The Unsolved Murders
Overview
The Jeff Davis 8, also known as the Jennings 8, refers to a series of unsolved murders in Jefferson Davis Parish, Louisiana. Between 2005 and 2009, the bodies of eight women were found in swamps and canals surrounding Jennings, Louisiana. The victims shared common traits such as poverty, mental illness, and histories of drug abuse and sex work. Many of the victims knew each other well, and some were related by blood or lived together.

- Ernestine Marie Daniels Patterson - Found in a drainage ditch on June 18, 2005.
- Kristen Gary Lopez - Found on March 18, 2007.
- Whitnei Dubois - Found at an intersection of two secluded dirt roads on May 12, 2007.
- Laconia "Muggy" Brown - Found on May 29, 2008.
- Crystal Shay Benoit Zeno - Found in a ditch along a road on September 11, 2008.
- Brittney Gary - Found on November 15, 2008.
- Necole Guillory - Found off Interstate 10 on August 19, 2009.
