On May 20, 2005, the body of 28-year-old Loretta Lynn Chaisson Lewis, a White female, was discovered floating in a canal on the outskirts of Jennings, Louisiana, by a fisherman. Her remains were significantly decomposed, and she was identified through her fingerprints. Lewis was wearing a white short-sleeved blouse and blue jeans when she was found.
