Murder of Denise Stahlhut
On December 3, 1977, 21-year-old Denise Stahlhut, a waitress and newlywed of just one week, disappeared after leaving her workplace, Ronnie B's Place, a tavern in southern Illinois. Her body was discovered days later in the trunk of her car at a truck stop. Murder of Linda Wheeler and Her Children
In July 1985, Linda Wheeler, aged 35, and her three children—Angela Mosley (13), Edward Mosley (11), and Michael Mosley (9)—went missing from their home in Oklahoma City. Their remains were found months later at a remote campsite near Sallisaw. Autopsies revealed that the children had suffered fatal beatings and stab wounds.
