• Lisa Ann Nadeau (24): On April 5, 1991, in Fort Dix, New Jersey, Richmond entered the home of Army Specialist Lisa Ann Nadeau, a payroll clerk from Plainfield, Connecticut. He tied her up, strangled, stabbed, and beat her to death with a hammer.
• Helisa Hayes (27): In November 1991, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Richmond, a family friend, stayed with Helisa Hayes and her two children. After an argument, he raped Helisa and then murdered her and her children.
• Philip Hayes (8): Richmond forced Philip into the bathroom, stabbed him 40 times with a pair of scissors, and strangled him with an electrical cord.
• Darien Hayes (7): Richmond strangled Darien with a wire from a curling iron.
