- Jacqueline Teresa Birch, 39 - Discovered on November 18, 1997, in a vacant building on Princeton Place NW, adjacent to Turner's residence. Birch, a known prostitute, had been strangled. Turner was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse and felony murder in her case.
- Dana Hill, 34 - Found on December 1, 1997, in a vacant building near the 300 block of Florida Avenue NE and Union Market. Hill, also a known prostitute, had been strangled. Turner was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse and felony murder in her case.

- Mary Haskins Ferguson, 29 - Discovered on February 14, 1994, on the baseball field at Hamilton Junior High School, near Gallaudet University. Turner was charged in this case.
- Priscilla Mosley, 49 - Found strangled in 1997 in her apartment in the 600 block of Newton Place NW, two blocks from Turner's residence in the Park View neighborhood. Turner was suspected in this case.
- Lateashia Blocker, 28 - Discovered on May 8, 1997, in a vacant building on Princeton Place NW, next door to Turner's residence. Turner was suspected in this case.
- Emile Dennis, 42 - Found in August 1997 in a vacant building on Princeton Place NW. Turner was suspected in this case.
- Jessica Cole, 41 - Discovered in October 1997 behind a building about a dozen blocks west of her residence on Princeton Place NW. Turner was suspected in this case.
