Curtis Dean Anderson was born in 1961 in the United States. Dropping out of school at the age of 13, he spent much of his life entangled in criminal activities, including theft, false imprisonment, and various other offenses. His repeated incarcerations did little to deter his escalating criminal behavior.

Confirmed Victim: Xiana Fairchild

On December 9, 1999, seven-year-old Xiana Fairchild disappeared in Vallejo, California. Anderson was later convicted of her kidnapping and murder.
