Rolling's killing spree began on August 24, 1990, and lasted for three days. He targeted young college students, breaking into their apartments and subjecting them to brutal attacks. His crimes were marked by extreme violence, mutilation, and posed corpses.Victims
- Christina Powell (17) – Murdered on August 24, 1990. A University of Florida student found dead in her apartment.
- Sonja Larson (18) – Murdered on August 24, 1990. Killed in the same apartment as Christina Powell.
- Christa Hoyt (18) – Murdered on August 25, 1990. Found decapitated in her apartment.
- Tracy Paules (23) – Murdered on August 27, 1990. Killed in her Gainesville apartment.
- Manuel "Manny" Taboada (23) – Murdered on August 27, 1990. Roommate of Tracy Paules, also found dead in the same apartment.
