Tracy Paules, a 23-year-old white female, was one of five college students brutally murdered in Gainesville, Florida, in late August 1990. She was a student at the University of Florida and shared an apartment with fellow student Manuel Taboada. On August 27, 1990, both Tracy and Manuel were found dead in their apartment.
