Randall Lowen, a 55-year-old man from Port Orange, Florida, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2017. The incident occurred at his home on Shahab Lane in the Waters Edge subdivision. According to police reports, Randall was shot and killed by his 68-year-old stepfather, Danny Holder. The fatal shooting was the culmination of a domestic dispute that had escalated over the course of two days.
