Introduction

The killer targeted women, many of whom struggled with addiction and worked as sex workers. Their bodies were discovered along highways in the region, particularly along Route 140, Interstate 195, and Route 88.

- Dawn Mendes - Last seen in September 1988. Her remains were discovered on November 29, 1988, along Interstate 195.
