Robin Rhodes, a 28-year-old woman from New Bedford, Massachusetts, was one of the victims linked to the infamous New Bedford Highway Killer, a serial killer who targeted women between 1988 and 1989. Her remains were discovered on March 28, 1989, along Route 140 in Freetown. Like many of the other victims, Rhodes had a history of drug addiction and was known to frequent Weld Square, a notorious area in New Bedford associated with prostitution and drug activity.
