Elmer Wayne Henley Jr. was an American criminal known for his involvement in the Houston Mass Murders, a series of abductions and killings that claimed the lives of at least 28 young males between 1970 and 1973. Henley, alongside David Owen Brooks, assisted serial killer Dean Corll in these heinous crimes.

Born on May 9, 1956, in Houston, Texas, Henley grew up in a troubled household. He dropped out of high school and met Dean Corll through mutual acquaintance David Brooks.
