Richard Edward Hembree, a 13-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on October 3, 1972, in Houston, Texas. Richard, along with his friend Wally Jay Simoneaux, was last seen on October 2, 1972, walking to Richard's home. The two teenagers were reportedly seen entering a white van parked outside a Heights grocery store.
