Sharon Cunningham
- Age: 39
- Date of Murder: April 1, 1990
- Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
- Details: Cunningham's body was discovered in a burning car at the intersection of Crescent and Bunnell Streets, approximately three blocks from Webb's residence. She was found nude from the waist down with a ligature around her neck, indicating strangulation. Vaginal smears revealed the presence of spermatozoa containing Webb's DNA. The cause of death was asphyxia due to strangulation.

Minnie Sutton
- Age: 29
- Date of Murder: March 28, 1992
- Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
- Details: Sutton was found partially clothed in her living room at 16 Webster Avenue, about eight blocks from Webb's residence. She had sustained multiple stab wounds to the neck, chest, forehead, and stomach, along with signs of strangulation. Her three-year-old son was found unharmed inside the home. A partially smoked cigarette butt containing Webb's DNA was found near her body.

Elizabeth "Maxine" Gandy
- Age: 33
- Date of Murder: April 19, 1993
- Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
- Details: Gandy's body was discovered in an abandoned building at the corner of Stratford and Fifth Streets, approximately six blocks from Webb's residence. Her pants were partially unfastened, and her bra was pulled up, exposing her breasts. Blood spatter evidence indicated a struggle, and blood samples and fingernail scrapings contained Webb's DNA. The cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head and strangulation.

Sheila Etheridge
- Age: 29
- Date of Murder: June 28, 1993
- Location: Bridgeport, Connecticut
- Details: Etheridge's body was found in her home at 695 Bishop Avenue, ten blocks from Webb's residence. She had been missing for a few days before her father and a friend discovered her body. An autopsy suggested asphyxia or strangulation as the cause of death, though decomposition prevented a definitive conclusion. A beer can recovered from the scene contained Webb's DNA.

Evelyn Charity
- Age: 37
- Date of Murder: July 10, 1994
- Location: Vidalia, Georgia
- Details: Charity was found dead in her home, having suffered injuries consistent with strangulation and a knife wound to the neck. Webb confessed to the killing, claiming it occurred during consensual sex and that he staged the scene to resemble a robbery. He was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for this crime.
Investigation and Arrest
The murders in Bridgeport remained unsolved for years, with a special task force unable to identify the perpetrator. In 2000, cold case detectives revisited the cases, sending DNA evidence from the crime scenes to the FBI. The samples matched Webb's DNA, which had been entered into the national database following his conviction in Georgia.
