Despite being dismissed from 14 nursing homes due to complaints about his mistreatment of patients, Rosenfeld continued to find employment in the healthcare sector, allowing his malicious activities to persist unchecked.
Modus Operandi
Rosenfeld's preferred method of murder was administering lethal overdoses of medications, particularly antipsychotic drugs like Mellaril. He targeted elderly patients, many of whom were incapacitated or suffering from severe illnesses, making them less likely to question or resist his actions. This method not only ensured the rapid demise of his victims but also made the deaths appear as natural occurrences, thereby evading immediate suspicion.
