David Allen Lucas, born in 1956 in the Philippines, is an American serial killer convicted for multiple murders in San Diego County, California, between 1979 and 1984. Prior to his series of murders, he was convicted in 1973 for kidnapping, rape, and assault with a deadly weapon, serving four years in prison.   • Details: Suzanne and her son Colin were found murdered in their home. Suzanne had been stabbed multiple times and had her throat slashed, while Colin's throat was also cut. Evidence indicated a violent struggle, and Suzanne was found clutching strands of blonde hair, presumably from her attacker.

  • Date: November 19, 1984
  • Location: Near San Diego State University, California
  • Details: Anne's car ran out of gas, and after purchasing fuel, she disappeared. Her body was discovered four days later in a remote area near Spring Valley. She had been sexually assaulted and had her throat slashed.

  • Date: June 8, 1984
  • Location: El Cajon, California
  • Details: Jodie was abducted at knifepoint, raped, strangled, and had her throat slashed. She was left for dead but survived and later identified Lucas as her attacker.
