Rhonda Strang, a 24-year-old woman, was tragically murdered in October 1984. She was babysitting a three-year-old child, Amber Fisher, when both were killed. Their deaths were part of a series of murders committed by David Allen Lucas, a serial killer active in San Diego County, California, between 1979 and 1984.
