In the early morning hours of May 13, 2023, the life of 19-year-old Thomas Jayden Galimore-Rhodes, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Poughkeepsie, New York. At approximately 2:06 a.m., he was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds near the historic Soldiers Fountain at the intersection of Market and Montgomery Streets.
