In the early morning hours of September 28, 2017, the quiet of a Poughkeepsie, New York, neighborhood was broken by a single gunshot that ended the life of 30-year-old Christopher N. Chris Grover. A popular gymnastics coach, Grover was found deceased in the apartment he shared with his girlfriend, Nicole 'Nikki' Addimando. The male victim had been shot in the head at point-blank range while he was sleeping on his couch.
