Justin Johnson, an 18-year-old from Poughkeepsie, NY, tragically lost his life on November 19, 2018. He was found with a gunshot wound to the head near the 400 block on Main Street around 12:08 a.m. Despite being rushed to MidHudson Regional Hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly after. The incident was part of a series of shootings in Poughkeepsie during that period, which saw a spike in violent crimes involving firearms.
