- Lee Miglin (May 4, 1997 – Chicago, Illinois): A wealthy real estate developer. Cunanan tortured and murdered Miglin in his home, stabbing him repeatedly and slitting his throat.
- William Reese (May 9, 1997 – Pennsville, New Jersey): A cemetery caretaker who was shot in the head. Cunanan stole his red pickup truck to evade law enforcement.
- Gianni Versace (July 15, 1997 – Miami Beach, Florida): The famous Italian fashion designer was shot twice in the head on the steps of his Miami Beach mansion.
