Nerses Galstyan — 2010 Valley Village Restaurant Murders

Overview

On April 3, 2010, a shooting at the Hot Spot Mediterranean Restaurant in Valley Village (North Hollywood), Los Angeles, left four men dead and two others wounded during a memorial gathering. Investigators identified the gunman as Nerses Arthur Galstyan. According to police and later court records, Galstyan left the restaurant after a dispute, retrieved a firearm, returned, and opened fire, discharging dozens of rounds inside the crowded venue.

The attack occurred inside the Hot Spot Mediterranean Restaurant at 11651 Riverside Drive, Valley Village, around 4:30 p.m., during a birthday memorial for an acquaintance who had died a year earlier.
