• Lou Ellen Burleigh (1977) – Kibbe's first known victim, Burleigh was last seen in Walnut Creek, California. Her remains were not found until 2011.
• Barbara Ann Scott (1986) – A 29-year-old woman whose body was discovered near Echo Summit in El Dorado County.
• Stephanie Brown (1986) – A 19-year-old woman found dead near Highway 50 in El Dorado County.
• Charmaine Sabrah (1986) – A 26-year-old woman from Sacramento, whose body was found near Lake Tahoe.
• Katherine Kelly Quinones (1986) – A 25-year-old woman whose remains were found in Amador County.
• Lora Heedrick (1986) – A 21-year-old woman from Sacramento, her body was recovered in 1986.
• Darcy Frackenpohl (1987) – A 17-year-old girl who disappeared from Lodi, California. Her body was found near Lake Tahoe.
