Lou Ellen Burleigh, a 21-year-old Caucasian woman, tragically lost her life on September 11, 1977, in Napa County, California. She had left her home in Walnut Creek, California, for what she believed was a job interview. However, the interview was a ruse designed to lure her into a deadly trap. Her car was later found abandoned in Pleasant Hill, but she never returned home. For decades, her disappearance remained a mystery, and her case went cold.
