Katherine Kelly Quinones, a 25-year-old woman, was tragically murdered on November 5, 1986. Her body was discovered weeks later, on December 21, 1986, in Napa County, California. Katherine was one of the victims of Roger Reece Kibbe, a serial killer known as the 'I-5 Strangler'. Kibbe preyed on women along highways in Northern California, abducting them under the guise of offering assistance before brutally assaulting and strangling them.
