Joshua Wayne Andrews: A Detailed Account of His Crimes and Victims

Early Life and Background

Born in 1982, Joshua Wayne Andrews experienced a troubled upbringing in Woodbridge, Virginia. At the age of four, he suffered severe burns from a pot of boiling water, resulting in permanent facial scarring and damage to his vocal cords. This incident led to relentless bullying during his childhood, with peers cruelly nicknaming him "scarface." By the age of 12, Andrews had begun engaging in criminal activities, including an attempted aggravated robbery in Arapahoe County, Colorado, for which he received a two-year probation sentence in 1995. Despite his mother's efforts to discipline him by involving law enforcement, Andrews continued down a path of violence and crime.
