Introduction

Dewayne Lee Harris, also known as "The Seattle Jungle Killer" or "Chilly Willy," is an American serial killer who terrorized Seattle between 1997 and 1998. He was convicted of murdering three women and is currently serving a 94-year prison sentence.

Crimes

Harris's crimes were brutal and methodical. He targeted vulnerable women, often those living a "street lifestyle" and struggling with drug addiction. His modus operandi involved strangulation and binding his victims with shoelaces. ...
