- Cheryl DeLeon (September 20, 1997) – Chester raped and murdered 40-year-old Cheryl DeLeon after breaking into her residence in Port Arthur.
- Ernest Ray Summers Jr. (November 2, 1997) – Summers, a 35-year-old man, was fatally shot by Chester while he was attempting to protect his family from an intruder.
- John Henry Williams (February 1998) – Williams, 50, was another victim who died at the hands of Chester in a violent attack.
- Willie Ryman III (February 6, 1998) – Ryman, a 38-year-old firefighter, was shot and killed when he tried to protect his relatives from Chester’s violent rampage.
Arrest and Conviction
