On the afternoon of October 21, 2022, law enforcement officials in Kansas City, Missouri, were alerted to a violent incident unfolding on the busy downtown highways. At approximately 12:30 p.m., 34-year-old African American female Cameta Glenn was traveling in a white Toyota Camry along Interstate 70.
