Carrie Mae Blewett, a 37-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was reported missing in July 2017. Her decomposing body was discovered on August 3, 2017, in a field near her mother's home, located around 5129 College Avenue. The discovery was made by city workers who noticed a body along the tree line. The Kansas City Police Department identified her using a tattoo.
