Miranda Andrea Carr, a 21-year-old Black female, was a vibrant and ambitious young woman whose life was tragically cut short on October 23, 2018, in Kansas City, Missouri. A graduate of Grandview Senior High School in 2015, she was pursuing a career in physical therapy at Longview Community College. Known for her academic and athletic talents, she was a member of the Honor Roll, the A+ Program, and various sports teams, including varsity basketball, volleyball, and track and field.
