In the early morning hours of September 14, 2014, a grim discovery was made in an alley on Jefferson Street in Gary, Indiana. Inside a parked vehicle, police found the bodies of 38-year-old Alex McKenney and 32-year-old Tanika Ewing. Both had been fatally shot multiple times.
