In the spring of 2013, the life of a young man from Gary, Indiana, was cut short, leaving a family to mourn and a community to wonder. Tre Buggs, a 19-year-old Black male, passed away on May 5, 2013. A former student of Roosevelt High School, he was remembered by friends for his silly and laid-back personality.
