Brandon Lamar Phillips, a 28-year-old resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life on March 17, 2016, as a result of gunshot wounds sustained during a violent incident. On that fateful night, Fort Wayne police responded to reports of gunfire on Bowser Avenue just before 11 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a black Dodge vehicle on the 4500 block of Oliver Street that had crashed into a parked car.
