Death by Force

Julian Moffett, a 17-year-old student, was shot and killed on March 23, 2017, outside a home on Detroit's west side. Moffett, known as a bright student with a promising future, was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 14600 block of Whitcomb Street. He had earned a 4.0 GPA in high school and was well-regarded by his peers and teachers.
