Demarcus Lontino Hale Jr., an 18-year-old from Fort Wayne, Indiana, tragically lost his life to gun violence on February 26, 2019. Demarcus, affectionately known as Marcus, was a beloved member of his community, known for his athletic prowess and charming personality.
