On October 22, 2023, 33-year-old Sean Thomas Brabson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was found shot and later pronounced dead. The incident occurred in the area of Calhoun Street and Pettit Avenue, where police responded to a shooting call shortly before 6:30 a.m..
