Than Khai, aged 49, was tragically shot to death in his home near Hessen Cassel and McKinnie Avenue in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on January 20, 2020. His death marked the third homicide in Allen County for that year. Despite the efforts of the Fort Wayne Police Department, no arrests have been made in connection with his murder. The case remains unsolved, and the police have called on the public for any information that could help solve this and other unsolved homicides in the area.
