In the early hours of September 12, 2023, the life of 18-year-old Ayvion Antoine Romel Parker was tragically cut short in a hail of gunfire at the Villa Capri Apartments in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Responding to reports of a shooting shortly before 2 a.m. in the 1800 block of Fox Point Trail, police discovered the young man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
