Gilberto Rubio, a 52-year-old man from California, was last seen on June 15, 2023, in Orem, Utah. He had traveled to Utah and stayed in a hotel in the nearby city of Springville for a couple of nights before his disappearance. After checking out of the hotel, he went to visit with either friends or family in Orem. It was from this residence that he was last seen. He was wearing a black shirt and khaki pants at the time he went missing.
