In the late summer of 2018, the life of 40-year-old Ricky Joe Pelmear, a male resident of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was tragically cut short. On the evening of August 30th, gunfire erupted inside a home on Madison Street, leaving Pelmear fatally wounded. Two other individuals were also injured in the shooting. When police arrived, they found a chaotic scene and immediately began their investigation into the violent encounter that had claimed Pelmear's life.
