Dartaya Donyell "DD" Ragland, a 19-year-old African American woman from Toledo, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed on September 18, 2021. She was found suffering from a gunshot wound at a mobile home in the 2500 block of Consaul Street early in the morning. Despite paramedics' efforts, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her death was ruled a homicide.
