Robert Kynard, a 28-year-old man from Toledo, Ohio, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2021. He was fatally shot multiple times on Elm Street in north Toledo, and his death was ruled a homicide. Kynard was a devoted family man and had recently proposed to his girlfriend, Michelle Thomas, the mother of his two sons, just a day before his untimely death.
