Telayah Hughes, a 19-year-old African American woman from Toledo, OH, tragically lost her life on March 8, 2020. She was found dead in a home in South Toledo, alongside another victim, O'Sean Liggons, who was also 19 years old. Both victims had been shot once in the face, and their deaths were ruled homicides.
